A Pre-Choreographed Extreme 60 minute workout using:

** NEW ** FREESTYLE POWER with Mea 5:45am Friday mornings
A Pre-Choreographed program using weights that combines different muscle groups to produce workouts that are always unique. Its simple structure means that you can increase the intensity for a muscle conditioning workout.
The classes are performed to music using free weights, barbells and an aerobic step. Participants choose their weights based on the exercise and their personal goals. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, dead lifts. The focus is towards muscle endurance using several repetitions.
